Video: Barak calls on Olmert to resign (in English)

For those of you whose Hebrew isn't up to snuff, here's a good chunk of Ehud Barak's press conference from Wednesday afternoon, in which he called on Prime Minister Ehud K. Olmert to leave office, with English subtitles.

Lots more details here.

The foreign media says its a "political storm" and says Ehud Olmert has three options: to tough it out and hope Barak won't follow through like he did last time, which the course he's currently following; he can step down temporarily and let a fellow Kadima minister sit in as Acting Prime Minister until he's cleared by a court; or he can resign and let either someone else take over for good or there'll be new elections. Knowing Olmert, he'll put off the last option unless he discovers he has no hope of continuing to cling to power.

Olmert has proven over and over that;
He is a man without principles
He is a man without morals
He is a man without a conscience
He is a man without courage
He is unworthy of holding the position of head of state of Israel.

He should have resigned or been removed long ago.
